  8. documill is a versatile Fax/Document Management System that combines
  9. sophisticated send-and-receive fax, scanning, import, export, file
  10. format conversion, document management, and printing functions in a
  11. single application. The program also supports context sensitive help in
  12. every screen. A Windows printer driver is included that allows faxing
  13. from any Windows application. Faxes sent by the docufax printer driver
  14. are manageable from documill for resending, printing, viewing. documill
  15. has a built-in phone book too. Very intuitive user interface and state
  16. of the art database engine. documill will work with any fax/modem card
  17. and any TWAIN scanner.

  104. 1- Faster and smaller database engine.
  105. 2- New Query Expert that allows very complex queries to be performed.
  106. 3- The shareware version is 100% functional.
  107. 4- No more annoying 'Please Register' dialog boxes.
  108. 4- The printer driver docufax is 100% functional.
  109.    This is one of the best features of documill and also one of
  110.    the most overlooked features of documill. This printer driver
  111.    allows you to sand faxes from any Windows application. Simply
  112.    select docufax as your printer in the 'Printer Setup ...' dialog
  113.    of any Windows application, then when you print the document,
  114.    it will be sent as a fax and can be managed from documill for
  115.    resending, printing, viewing ...etc.
  116. 6- Cancel fax in progress while still being able to fax in the background.
  117. 7- No more stamps on the top of prined images or sent faxes.
  118. 8- Optionally shut down the fax server when closing the application.
  119. 9- Enahnced Phonebook.
  120. 10-Action buttons in the dialogs are now disabled and enabled in a
  121.    way to minimize user errors.
  122. 11-Smaller and faster application. The whole application fits on
  123.    two 1.44 disks or one 2.88 disk.

  125. 13-Copying an image uses as little as 512 bytes of disk space. This
  126.    allows having images in more than one folder without losing -almost-
  127.    any disk space.

  129. Bugs Fixed in version 1.5
  130. =========================
  131. 1- Bug in Edit/Copy that resulted in loss of images and sometimes folders.
  132. 2- Bug in Edit/Delete Folder.
  133. 3- Bug in Edit/Modify Drawer.
  134. 4- Bookmarks in the viewer ar absolute. Adding or deleting pages will not
  135.    move the bookmark.
  136. 5- Minor bug in 'Application Setup'
  137. 6- Bug in Export/Import when trying to access a disk drive while there
  138.    is no disk in the drive.
  139. 7- Other minor bugs.
